One-to-two production line  is a set of unit automatic production line that integrates automatic labeling,loading( feeding), cutting and unloading. It includes 1 set automatic labeling machine, 2  sets automatic cutting machines, 1 set automatic feeding drum and other auxiliary equipment. On the basis of the same production capacity, labor saving, time saving and space saving are realized, and high speed, high efficiency and high quality are realized on the basis of the same production time.

M-shine“One-to-two production line” production process
1 set auto labeling machine at the front end automatically labels the labels. After the labeling is completed (without manual intervention), the wood boards are evenly distributed to 2 cutting machines through one-to-two feeding rollers. During the distribution process, the wood boards are always on the rollers. Prevent scratches on the boards. After the wood boards are cut, the wood boards are pushed to the conveyor belt, and the wood boards can be manually inspected to the ground roller line, or can be connected to the edge banding line.
